Having ported my number to CellC, I found myself unreachable now almost over a week. I bought a Cellc starter pack hoping to use it and decided to retain my Vodacom number. The porting was reportedly to take between 24-48Hours and in my case has already taken a week and the last Call Centre Agent failed to give satisfactory answers. My number remains inactive despite 5 calls and three emails I have sent. None of the emails has been responded which leaves one wondering which medium of communication works in CellC as both email and phone seem to be out of order.

Indifferent: Thank you to hellopeter,we have a forum that suppliers listen to. Thanks to Brian from Cellc for respond to the query within minutes. Just barely 10minutes after venting my frustration, finally I got a swift response from Cellc.No email as yet. | ||||
